    Calorie counting
    Hi everyone, I've been looking at the forum for a few days now for ideas and inspiration, and thought that I really ought to join :)

    I've tried dieting a couple of times in the past two years and didn't really lose any weight so didn't manage to stick with it. I decided at the end of last year that I'd once again make losing weight my new year's resolution, thinking that the target of being 10 stone by the end of 2010 sounded like a good goal. I've amazed myself in actually sticking with it this time!

    I'm calorie counting and exercising, my goal in my weight loss ticker is to be 10 stone, which would just give me a healthy BMI, but ultimately I'd like to be a bit lower than that. I'll see when I get there, it's a few months away yet :)

    Nice to meet you all anyway, I'm looking forward to joining in with the forum.
