So I started WW on 01 March. First time on any diet. I decided to do a food diary to try keep me on track & hopefully some of you will encourage me on those not so good days

I weighed in at 14st 3.5lbs. My weigh in day is Thursday.

It's my birthday in May so the 1st of many goals is to loose 2lbs per week until then :) fingers crossed

Feel free to comment or provide advice :)

Day 1: milk(5)
B: 1 brown bread (2), baked sausage (3), butter (1) tea (0)

L: Heinz hoops (3), banana (0), apple (0)

D: 2x birds eye waffles (6), 1/4 pound grilled (6), salad (0)

Tonight we headed to a charity event in a local pub called shave or dye for irish cancer society. I had 2 vodka & diet coke (6)

Used all 31 daily points & 1 weekly

Day 2: Milk (5)

B: cornflakes with sugar (4)

L: ham sandwich. (7)?? Grapes (0)

D: fillet steak grilled (5), oven chips with paprika some oil (7)

Snack: burger bites crisps (2)

Used 30 daily points

Also went for a 50 minute brisk walk today.

Day 3:

Today was tough, after I ate breakfast I was so dizzy and felt sick, so caved in a bit & had so bacon rashers :)

B: boiled egg (2), brown bead with butter (3)

Snack: mandarin (0), banana (0)

Lunch: 2x hickory rashers (4), 2x brown bread with butter (5)

Snack: caramel snac a jack (1)

Dinner: roast chicken 60g (2), mashed potato 150g with butter (5)

Snack: kinder bueno (6)

Used 28 of 31 points

Not the best day but was sooo hungry.

Day 4:

Milk - 5pp

B: Cornflakes 3pp, Sugar 1pp
L: Pitta Bread with chicken, rasher & butter 11pp
D: WW spaghetti bolognese 8pp
Snack: Grapes, Strawberries 0pp. WW mini roll 2pp

Used 30 of 31 daily allowance. I have 48 weeklies left

Went for a 25 minute walk & spent 30 minute on exercise bike.
 
Day 5

Milk allowance: 5pp

B: cornflakes 3pp, 2x mandarins 0pp
L: Heinz hoops 3pp, butter 1pp, 2 slice brown bread 4pp
D: 2x birds eye potato waffles 6pp, 2x chicken burger 6pp

Snack: grapes, strawberries, apple 0pp & Sam spud burger bite crisps 2pp

Had 30/31 pp today

Exercise: burned 210 calories on exercise bike.

Overall it was a good day. Didn't drink as much water but I'll try again tomorrow.
 
Hi I'm new too just over from slimming world! We are both on the same points too you seem to be doing really well :) good luck with your weigh in x

How have u been doing. I want to make more food from fresh less processed food.
