How are things going guys? We've had a bit of a breakthrough here, we put jocelyn in a sleeping bag and she sleeps much better in it! Would definitely recommend them!

Congratulations Bea, can't belive how quickly time has gone....for me anyway!! Hope you're feeling OK, looking forward to a photo. xx

Hey Helen, regarding the sleeping bag - my niece has slept in one every night of her life up until she was about 14 months (She's very tall and doesn't fit them anymore!). She's slept soundly every night and it makes her much easier to deal with in the mornings. They're mega cute too aren't they! Hope she's being a little princess for you doll xxx

Update

Dear all
Well managed to get a break from breast feedings to update the thread.

Our son was born on 17th June - 7llbs 10 - he inhaled a bit of fluid on birth and needed to be in an incubator and fed by tube for just over 48 hours....needless to say I was totally devasted that I could and couldnt be consoled for two whole days.....but literally after the 48 hours was up he was out and latched on to me and we havent looked back....we stayed an extra day or so in hospital as he'd been in the Special Care unit so I am feeling pretty strong now (if still a bit sore).....getting used to the 3 hourly feeds!!

Hope all well with rest of the mums and mums to be!!

Will post more soon!!

See photo of my little angel below!!!

Ahh bea, he's beautiful!!! Sorry you had a rocky start but glad all's well now!

Blue grapefruit - theyre wonderful arent they? We bought a couple more today as theyre working so well! I know they do them for 3 year olds now, might be worth looking on line?

Bea huge congratulations from me......he is gorgeous. What are you calling him ????

Hannah had her heel prick test today bless her, she was also weighed and has gone down to 6lb 8oz so well within the 10% weight loss expected. Midwife back on friday.
We also registered her today too so she is all official.
Breastfeeding going ok, though Hannah does sometimes get wound up and frustrated and just screams, so once she calms down she will latch on eventually, she has now actually started feeding longer too, though it helps the milk is in.

My feet are more swollen now than before I had her, also my back is more niggly too, all this propping up with pillows trying to get comfy.

Hope everyone else is ok !!!!!

She has 1 that still fits, but she's amazingly tall. Her mother is 5ft 11 and she's well over 90cm!!
Get a piccy of Jocelyn in hers on here, they are so sweet!
