New & need some help with SW

Hey all,

I have only done SW today, i am really struggling to get my head around it. I can't make meetings due to work and hours im there and stuff so i have managed to get all the books but i dnt rly understand it.

I've got my food optimising book but is there any chance someone can explain it in simple terms.

Like for green/red days am i right in thinking, you pick one thing in the healthy extras then two in the B choices then like obviously what green/red say u can have as much as u like. So anything extra like u have start using syns?

Sorry i may sound thick its just a lot get ur head round when ur used to WW haha
