Hey guys, Im new around here. Ive used minimins before for other diets such as cambridge and weight watchers, im currently at a dead end with weight watchers after regaining quite a bit of weight, ive never stopped going tho, but I need a change and the dukan plan looks just right for me. I have the book and have read some parts of it (the most important parts) but im on here for support and tips, so I just wanted to introduce myself :) I will be starting this Friday after my weight watchers meeting, anyone got any tips for me would be REALLY appreciated. Ive read you can drink skimmed milk on the attack phase but how much etc?

Skimmed milk is unlimited in Attack, but only 150 ml in Cruise.
