new on CD and failed on 1st day help!!

Hi Melissa

Its all will power, the first week is the most hardest, get an old picture of you and pin it up in your bed room, look at it everyday and tell yourself you want to change.

You just need to surround yourself with people so you dont feel alone and you dont turn to food for comfort.

i get weighed on thursday ill post as soon as ive been i dnt tnk i will have lost much this week but i told my counsellor that ive been having a protein meal no or little carbs in it, in place of my 3rd CD meal i was just doing this for the 1st week to cut down my intake before going abstinent.
