Feeling good. Having viewed a few posts on here I am now splitting my shakes. Sounds good to me! That's eight shakes, over eight hours. Feeling like I'm not missing out x x x

Crashed and burned. So starting again today. Hoping to get through day two. Card withdraw is sooooo hard x x x but I keep looking at myself and need to lose the weight and stop being saying' god you've put weight on' xxxxx
