Ok so I was bad bad bad!! Im not getting on any scales in the morning!! Wtf why do I do this to meself!!!! Ok I'm drunk!! Lol wat I did and ate today!!!
Brunch. Crisps mini buttons diet coke 2 petits filous. 8 points!!!

Chicken chow mein 10 points

3 forkfuls of curry tray I don't know eh 5 points???

Coors x???????? A lot of points lol and this ladies is why I'm NOT losing weight!!!! Ok obv a lot of crying for me in the morning and I have a big wedding next week that I was wanting to be skinny for Ffs!!!!!!
 
Ok I'm coming around now from the hangover lol! Anyways I got on the scales and it says 1 lb down yayyyy! Now I need to throw the scales out of the window cause these constant scales checking is driving me mad!! Now anybody for a coors lol, longest day in work ever!!!!!

Lunch, brunch/ dinner lol so busy hadn't got time to eat! But I did manage 2 pack of snacks and a tiny bit of porridge this morning.

That would be a chicken kebab. Anybody know how many points in this???

A normal grilled chicken kebab from the kebab shop with no sauce or coleslaw is 11pp including pitta.
 
I REALLY need to find my motivation!!! It's depressing me :-( I know what I need to do but yet I'm not doing it!! I'm sick of meself at this stage! What I had today
No excercise.

Ww meal only ate 1/2 of it cause I'm sick of them, 5 pts now this is where the badness happens..

So after work I was still hungry so went to tesco to get a cesar salad ended up taking a detour and ehhh ended up in burger king.....
Chilli chicken wrap, med fries and diet coke.

Than was still hungry when I came home so.........

Had half the cesar salad and half a mini chomp!!!!! Oh and I have just popped open a coors ........

How are you getting on after the weekend? We all get those days, so try not to focus on it. Come back on here and tell us your problems! Lol! We'll try and come up with some suggestions. I don't have ready meals, so I'm not really the best person to offer advice, but I think Morrisons do some good pointed ones from things I've read on here. Perhaps you could try them if you are fed up with the WW ones. Or maybe you could try some really simple cooking/batch cooking so you have stuff in the freezer. Pasta bakes are simple, cheap and filling.

Most of us know that feeling of 'this is where it always goes wrong...' so we know how tough it can be to get past that. We have to look at what we are going to do differently this time to make it the time that works. You can do it - you can make this the time that works.

Thanks yes your soooo right this is ALWAYS where it goes wrong I get half way to goal and fall apart!!! So I'm back I'm starting again from today. If I keep at it from here on in I can still get to goal for Christmas!! I have started to cook a bit now too all low fat meals , so tired of the ww ones! Anyway thanks for your advice :) I'm back I hope lol
