How did you find LL? Did you complete Management? Are you still going to the counsellor or are you going it alone now? What tips or advice would you give to any of the new members who are starting LL just at the moment, and may be reading your thread?

Thank You all for all your kind comments.Really feeling like I have got this weight issue sorted.

I have been on maintenence for 9 weeks and in that time still managed to loose 11lbs.

Everybody stick with it whatever plan you are following

If you're on week nine of Management, you will be coming up the to 'trigger' weeks. How are you feeling about introducing carbs which you may be 'sensitive' to? I believe cheese is week 10?
