The dress/top is from Matalan was only £14, I love a bargain
Not really sure, I have not lost any weight really since May, so maybe I am just converting fat to semi muscle?
Am on a food diary this week as am desperate to shift this last stone and a bit, so will see what my consultant has to say xx
