NEW Quarterly Challenge, Countdown to 2018 !!! (Oct,Nov,Dec)

Minus 1 lb. Better than I thought considering the weekend wine. Must cut it out! Am going to start using the treadmill that is gathering dust!! :rolleyes:

Well done Tibbs, you are back in action!! That treadmill. Sigh. I look at it every day lol. If I folded it up I know it would never be used. OH has started, so he says although I have not seen him in action yet! Guess what slipped into the supermarket trolley yesterday in the wine aisle? Yes, and I drank it. What a waste of 600 cals and I had been so good. Ah well today is another day!! :rolleyes:

I am on hols for the next 2.5 weeks, so will weigh in on 17 Nov.
So I am not dropping out. Will be back on it when I get back! Hopefully I won't do too much damage

Exercise calories though from pushing the trolley around, and good idea using a wine bottle for weights exercise :D therefore you've earned the wine in my eyes and some days it's just a must have isn't it? Fancy joining me in a push to the 11’s? You're not that far off:)

my updates:

week 2 - +10 lbs. weird result. Combination of TOTM and water retention. Not a real weight gain, but frustrating! Based on my food consumption I would have expected STS.
week 3 - -6lbs
week 4 - -2lbs.

ABSENCES

I have done a lot of these challenges in the past on mins and typically when a new challenge starts after a few weeks there is a 25% drop of people. If you do not post your results for longer than a week, the column will change from `RD' in YELLOW, to BLACK in colour which means ABSENT. If you have 3 consecutive weeks where you are marked in BLACK as ABSENT, and I have not heard from you, then your name will automatically be deleted from the challenge. I will then take it that you have dropped out.

I will be doing the award for Slimmer of the Week for Weeks 4&5, on Sunday 5th November, because I normally do weeks 4 & 5 together, because Week 5 is a short week and only has 2-3 days each month.

NEW WEEKLY COLUMNS FOR NOVEMBER GOING UP
PLEASE CHECK YOUR OCTOBER WEEKLY RESULTS BEFORE THEY ARE REMOVED NEXT WEEK


As we are coming to the end of October, I have added a NEW column for Week 1 for November (and have not put up the whole month yet, to allow you all some time to check your October results). Please can you check your weekly totals for October and make sure you are happy with them. If any changes need to be made, please let me know as soon as possible so I can adjust them. I will be removing the October weekly columns next week and the NEW November weekly columns will go up in their place and then it will be too late to adjust your October figures. You will only be able to view how much you have lost overall in October, in the October TOTAL column, but the weekly breakdown of results will be gone and be replaced with November ones. I hope this is all making sense ;).

REVIEWING YOUR TARGET

At the end of each month, I normally give people a chance to review their TARGET for the challenge. One month has passed, so you may have a better idea based on your results so far, whether you would like to increase or decrease your target. There is no right or wrong number, this is your personal journey and you decide what's right for you. On the spreadsheet you will see targets ranging from 4lbs to 20lbs+ . Everyone has different goals and that's absolutely fine. Do what works for you :). Just post your new target on here and I will amend it on the spreadsheet for you.

Please do not forget to update me, if you have any holidays booked in November so I can add them to the spreadsheet.

Minus 1 lb and this is the lightest I have been for I can't remember how long!! Managed to wear a gilet with fur trimmed hood I bought a few years ago for the first time yesterday and wow did I need it, it was so cold. Tibbs we will be in the tens shortly!!!!!
