Well after feeling down in the dumps yesterday, I am back on the up today!

Decided last night to try on some new clothes I have bought - a pair of trousers I bought about 2 years ago in a size 20, and 2 new pairs of jeans in an 18.

Well, the 20 fits perfectly!!!! woohoo!!!! And the 18's fit, but not quite respectably just yet!!!! As in they do up, but the muffin top that results makes me look like a mushroom cloud! lol But not too long and I will be wearing them properly!

Only bought the jeans 2 weeks ago, and when I bought them I couldnt do them up at all, so very pleased with myself.

Think the other thing that has made a difference is TOTM arriving today (as predicted). As a result I am feeling a lot better today and a lot more determind. Added a meal yesterday as finding that when TOTM is approaching I am hungry, regardless of being in ketosis. So in future I am going to AAM for a couple of days before due on.

Am back to SS again today. Have a planned break on friday (Dad's birthday at center parcs) then back on SS - hurrah! Hoping that TOTM arriving and return to SS will secure a loss this week - fingers crossed!

Brilliant, size 20, ohhhh i'm dreaming of when I can do that! especially with stuff for my lower half, which is disproportionate to my top by a lot. Bessy big bum I am.

I'm happy for you that you're head is back in the game and you're feeling positive. Congrats on getting into smaller jeans too. That's awesome. Keep it up!

Good for you. Next step is to buy a pair of cheapy size 16's to get into.

I might even send you mines in a few weeks! Only bought them at the weekend, and have went from rolls over the top to being able to do them up nicely!

Keep at it. You'll be down a size or two in no time

Thanks everyone - really hoping the jeans will fit properly for my birthday - which is one month today! Hopefully have another stone off by then :D

Hope to be a comfortable 16 by christmas - that would be amazing

Oh btw I gave up smoking 3 days ago too - might have also explained yesterday too... But I am determind to get fit as well as lose weight, and as I am asthmatic the smoking affects me quite alot especially while trying to exercise. I want to start kickboxing in a couple of stones time, and don't want to struggle with it any more than I already have to! lol

OMG Bish, your taking a lot on at once!! I stopped smoking two years ago and the only way I could ever do it was with the Chewing gum. It really did it for me. It took me about six months to stop. I used to smoke about 30 a day. I feel great now that I dont smoke, and I hope you can stop! Good luck!!!

I used to smoke alot. Gave up when preggers, and restarted when my daughter was 6 weeks old (shortly before walking out on my partner and moving 150 miles away) - so smoked quite a bit again for a while there! Have cut down naturally over the last 6 months to the point I was only on 2-3 a day after my daughter was in bed. Decided that it would be a good time to stop while I am still on this diet to stop me putting on quitting weight!

    Well done BishBosh! That's brilliant!

Charlie80, SS is a Cambridge Diet plan. It's the lowest calorie plan of all the CD steps (415kcals a day).
