New start

After failing again doing it mon my own, couldnt get past the 2 week glitch i have signed up for Slimming World on line for 3 months and am determined to finally crack my obsession with food.

I will take it one meal at a time and do EE and plot my progress on their website for encouragment and of course use these forums much much more
