New starter - extra easy

Hi Everyone.

I only started slimming world today so was wondering if I could get tips on my first days food diary.

I'm a very picky eater and like all my food plain.

Breakfast: chocolate and caramel light hi-fi bar (1/2 hex b)

Lunch: low fat, chicken and herb supernoodles followed by some grapes

Dinner: chicken with a weight watchers wrap (5 syns), sw roast potatoes, broccoli followed by a fat free muller light yoghurt and 3 sponge fingers (1 syn each)

Snacks: Pomegranate seeds and chocolate and caramel hi-fi light bar (1/2 hex b).

I've also done a hour long Les Mills Bodypump class this evening.

Please let me know your thoughts :)
 
can you not use your HEA in a sauce perhaps? such as a creamy peppercorn sauce to go over your veggies - or a hot chocolate option drink made with milk?

You should have calcium and if you really dont like milk perhaps thats a conversation with your consultant about what to do. x

Ooh yes I'd love peppercorn sauce! Do you have a low syn recipe for this?

I cheat and use the colmans recipie sachets- 6 syns the whole pack and a hea of milk!
