New starter - My Diary!

Hi everyone! I started the cambridge diet on monday and so far have stuck to it pretty well. I had a square of chocolate yesterday...but apart from that I've been pretty religious to it.

I know its only been a few days, but I don't really feel much different other than I'm SOOO hungry all the time. I'm finding it really hard to distract myself from thinking about food...any tips?

I have about 4st to lose, and really really want to do it this time. I am looking forward to my weigh in on Sunday, its actually all I can think about right now (aside from stuffing my face)

Will keep posting as I go. I think it will be the best way to keep me on track!

Hi Emzie,

After constantly yo-yoing and attempting CD on about 4 or 5 occassions I am re-starting next Monday as I have a couple of meals already booked for this weekend and am vowing to stick to it this time.

It can be tough but certainly gets easier after the first week, once you start to see the results it does give you that motivation to keep going. I found myself on here all the time whenever I was finding things tough which helped distract me.

well its day 5 now - again not feeling all that different, I though I woke up in the middle of the night feeling very bloated...i think it might just be my body getting used to the water though..

Aiming for a 100% day today!

Day 5 and still going strong eh? Sounds like you're head is in the right place and you're actually going to do this! I hope so for you x
