New starter today.

Hi I am a SW new starter today and want to make sure I haven't eaten too much. I haven't used any syns yet. Here' what I ate today.

Breakfast.
The allotted amount of porridge oats and milk from healthy extras.

Lunch.
A two egg omlette with mushrooms and turkey ham (no oil). Mixed leaf salad.

Dinner.
Mixed veg stirfry with mixed seafood, soy sauce and egg noodles.

Snacks through the day.
2 x muller lite yoghurts.
2 x clementines.
1 x banana.

Please can anyone put me right if I have eaten too much.

i wouldn't say you have eaten too much at all, are you doing Extra Easy plan?
everything seems great on there, just one question, were the egg noodles dried ones in a packet (not the wet straight to wok ones?) as the "wet/fresh" noodles or pasta have syns
If you have eaten enough so that your not hungry then thats fine. I wouldnt think what you have eaten is not excessive at all. i wouldnt worry. loads of people say they feel like they have eaten loads when they start the plan. keep it up and hopefully youll see the results on the scales next week :)

welcome to slimming world and minimins chick
i seem to eat loads too or at least i have when i write it down as im a grazer and so long as i keep writing it down and keep track of syns i lose,
