Well I'm new to vlcd's and having read up on here for the past few weeks I decided to take the plunge with Exante (going to do TS). I placed my order the other night and the gentleman has just been with my delivery.

Not had my brekkie this morning as I had my email saying it would arrive between 10.07 and 11.07 and he was here at 10.07 on the dot! I ordered the shakes, bars and porridge, just had a bowl of the porridge and it was lovely!
Feel very motivated to succeed after reading loads of success stories on here, and can't wait for next Tues to see the results!

Good luck! I started a week ago and found the first few days the worst. Once your body goes into ketosis it's easier. Keep up the motivation!!
