Hello everyone, i am going to my local rowlands tom to get my first supply of cs shakes. I have done cd before but just know i cant do something so restricted again! Hopefully this diet (fingers crossed)will help me learn to eat properly, i mean i know what i need to do food wise i just dont do it. I'm lucky if i eat one proper meal a day! The rest is just junk, carb filled rubbish etc! So im expecting to get the withdrawl headaches etc!

Any way just wondered what the soups are like b'cos the cd ones were awful!

Anyway, feeling positive for the week ahead and hopefully will be a few pounds lighter this time next week :D

got my shakes today, had strawb for brekkie, was too sweet, had a few pistachios for snack, just had a banana shake for lunch which was yummy, taking an apple with me to swimming laters then im having salmon salad for tea can have another snack after that too so may have a few berries. feel full thinking about it.
