Day 1 SSP

Not sure I know how to navigate this site yet, so forgive me!

Managed to survive so far on a strawberry shake for breakfast and a prawn salad for lunch. I think that means I can have another two CD products yet from my fabulous collection of shakes, soup and porridge!!

Does anybody know why we can't use sweetners in our tea & coffee? I don't mind drinking it black but I need a sweetner in it! Will it do the diet any harm if I use sweetners? I only have about 4 brews a day.
