Woo go everyone with how well they are doing & motivation... it's brill!! Should all be so proud!!

I did intend to do some wii fit between the break of dancing on ice and the results but i am absolutely shattered and don't think it's a good idea...So will be taking a very hot bath to relax instead...

Anyway point for my post (& rambling) Could you please post the link to the map you used for the free cycling... just so could find the baloons too hehe... Not been on the cycling since kept failing to find more than about 7/8 myself... much appreciated!!

well the Wii room is ready and I can get back into working on my 20 hours... though I'm sure the smell of paint (even latex) wasn't good for my brain cells or maybe that's just me
84mins Saturday and 101 mins today so takes me to 4 hours 41 mins total.
I managed to unlock the Island route on the basic run plus and the promise of a new route coming available. My OH commented how my 'form' has improved a lot since I started on my Wii last month...I'm taking that as a compliment
Also broke my record for getting the 20 balls, but can't seem to get below 20 mins...one of the tricks is to pick up a dog early and keep it with you for as long as possible. I try to start at the highest ball, on the grassy clearing above and to the right of the castle, then work down from there with the furthest one on the beach being the last one. Good luck fellow freecyclers!

My legs are really hurting today, my calves feel like the muscles have pulled, i'm sure it'd just because they don't usually see so much action... I only did 46 minutes, but that was alternating the distance island run, advanced stepping and super hula.
