New to 5:2

    Hi all I've heard amazing things about this diet. Have you any tips?? Today I didn't eat this morning then had very small amount of pork and lettuce plus a banana then had a Geiger snap and homemade pea and ham soup for tea. Calories done and I'm light headed?!! Plus I feel like I could have had less 'healthy' stuff and been more full. My pal eats muller rice with some berries plus ginger snaps (46 cals) salad with cheese, crisps......????!
