hi everyone, ive decided to swap diets from weight watchers to cc, not been dieting for the last month or so but managed to stay the same weight so im pleased about that. I have been reading alot and decided that calorie, protein, fat and carb counting is something i fancy giving a try. i have everything worked out what im allowed each day, its just putting it into practice thats a bit daunting at the moment. I hope to make some new friends in this section of the forum and get some help too! Only 101lbs to go, bring it on!

I've just started calorie counting aswell but daft as it sounds i'm a novice at it so any hints and tips would be great. Think I may stalk your diary if you don't mind. x x

What amount of carbs/proteins/fats are you aiming for?

I'm trying to up my protein intake but I'm finding it pretty difficult
