hi everyone, ive decided to swap diets from weight watchers to cc, not been dieting for the last month or so but managed to stay the same weight so im pleased about that. I have been reading alot and decided that calorie, protein, fat and carb counting is something i fancy giving a try. i have everything worked out what im allowed each day, its just putting it into practice thats a bit daunting at the moment. I hope to make some new friends in this section of the forum and get some help too! Only 101lbs to go, bring it on!
