jaynie, lots of luck on your TFR road to a new you. Keep busy the first week and drink water all through the day. Aim for three litres a day. It is really your best friend and your bladder soon adjusts to the extra volume and the loo visits will be less frequent.
Thanks everyone, day 2 has been good.

I have spilt the shakes in 2 so have 5 feeds a day 4 shakes and 1 soup it seem to be going well so far.. had a lot more water today to..
