New to minimins and diet

    Hi everyone I am a total novice with VLCD diets and just found this amazing site. I started today on 3 shakes and one low carb meal, I am only having the shakes. Can you veterans out there tell me what your preferences are, do you keep the diet really simple and just have shakes or mix it up and have shakes, porridge, bars and meals to stop boredom. Really need this to work but thought would keep it simple till I get into it. Also what are the nicest shakes please. Sorry for all the questions, but only ordered few weeks supply of shakes to get me started and not sure what to order next. Love Marie x ps have around

    Just wanted to wish you good luck.

    I am doin slimfast & ww at the same time just a wee mixture.

    I have 2 shakes a day with snacks & a meal.

    I am sure some of the exante users will be on to give you some advice.

    With my first order, it was a months supply so I included at least one of everything to let me try things. My favourite shakes are: chocolate, vanilla, banana and strawberry but there isn't a shake I don't like really. I can't stand the porridge/oatmeal or cottage pie or mushroom/cheesy pastas but other people do like them. My favourite bars are the praline ones and the milk chocolate almond bars. I also quite like the tomato soup but not keen on the other soups. Now I know what I like I just plan to keep buying a months supply of the ones I do like but it's very good to have some variety.

    Hi guys doing well I'm having 3 shakes a day plus 150ml skimmed milk in tea, I can't live without my cuppas. On evening been having either salmon, eggs, chicken, haddock, beef with salad and veggies. Have also been having one glass coke zero and unto 3 litres water. Week one done lost 10lbs so feeling pretty good. In ketosis now first 4 days were the hardest.

    Been over doing it with the evening meal so doing onto 4 meal packs and milk allowance from today. Meal pack at 9am 1pm 5pm and 9pm. Water, Tea and coffee with milk allowance in between. Jus started frothing my coffee tastes so much better and thicker even though it's only decaf and skimmed milk.

    Oh dear major melt down yesterday ate 4 bars, sushi and a shake. Oh well try to be good today, I just felt emotional, tried, cold, not hungry just really fed up.
