New to Minimins

Hey everyone, I'm new to minimins. I don't follow a particular diet as i have tried loads and i struggle. Now i'm just on smaller portions, healthy food and exercise. I need all the support i can get as i have trouble motivating myself to exercise! Has anyone got any tips?
