new to pp can we still follow the old points systum

hello i joined againe yesterday at ww and found it had changed to this new pp,would it still work if i followed the old points as i am finding it quite difficult to follow the new version,ive been so used to the old points and no excatly were i am with these and find change to hard to follow will i still get the same results if i were to follow the old thankyou

I'm sticking with Discovery plan.... My leader only talks about Propoints at class tho but it's easy to convert the propoints to normal points if you want to....x

You will still be able to lose weight on the 'classic' WW plan but don't mix the two because the differences are too great. The old points values were worked out on calories and saturated fat, the new ones are created using the carbs, protein, fibre and fat content so it's a lot different, plus you are given a lot more propoints than you would have got with the old points so if you ate that many 'classic' points you would not lose weight. If you intend on sticking with the old plan you need to work out your old points value as well.

If you are using the online tracker then you won't be able to do the old plan on there.
