The ww chicken noodle soup was free on sf wasn't it?

Sorry u Sts! It could b those days off catching up with u from previous wks, u did loose on those wks! but I'm sure if ur 100% this wk u will get a loss!

Ur tea looks yum, can u explain what it is for me (recipe!!)

Sarah yup the soup is free on sf think the 1pp ww tinned soups were but they stopped making the other ones! :-( I would like to have the option of having them as emergency work lunch but sadly can't since I'm veggie.

Not sure of recipe for dinner as OH made it not me - it's based on a Turkish recipe but we freestyle mostly with cooking - basically its tinned tomatoes, chickpeas, cannellini beans, onion, pepper, garlic and herbs/spices. On the side is bulgar wheat we used a packet of flavoured stuff rather than making out own but I still count it as free as its just dried bulgar wheat with added spices/tiny bits of dried veg for flavour. X

Thanks, I just had the soup! Was like water with bits but it was ok for a quick lunch!! R quorn sausages free? I tried the burgers the other day and hated them, do u reckon I will like the sausages?!

I like them but some people don't like quorn - i've fed quorn chicken or mince to plenty of meat eaters and they were all pleasantly surprised by it but the burgers and sausages don't taste like real meat really if that's what you are used to eating - I was a bit unsure of them at first but love them now. The quorn sausages are not free anyway. So probably only worth trying for the sake of trying new foods rather than for a lower point alternative. X

Sorry you got a STS but could well have been the result of the kettlebells class as if your muscles were that sore for 2 days might have led to retaining some water.

Excited (and probably scary) news about returning to work next week. Your employer's idea of a "phased return" kind of sucks but hopefully everything will go ok. At least it will be easier to get to the gym and of course getting proper wages again will be great.

Really like the look of your dinner last night. Vegetable and bean stews always look so simple but can taste amazing with the right seasonings and spices and you get to feel really healthy and virtuous at the same time.

Yeh hopefully it will all be ok there's a new manager since I've been off so will be a bit strange going back - mixed emotions about it really. Looking forward to getting back to normal but not do much about going back to work :p

Beany stew thing tasted even better today.

With sweet potato fries yum :) and washed down with a rum, diet cloudy lemonade and some lime wedges.

OH brought home some Ben&jerrys icecream do think I'll be using some weeklies for that soon :-D x

Chips, ice cream and rum?? That sounds like a good way of spending a friday night! I think mine will be roast bns, elderflower spring water and grapes. Doesn't quite sound the same does it?!

Hey! I wouldn't worry about the STS! Maybe it could = a bigger loss next week!

Are you anxious about going back to work? Do u keep In touch with work colleagues? Or not seen them in all this time! Do you take lunch to work?

Aww, STS can be so frustrating when you know you've been so good. Could be the exercise though - although you say you've not done much it sounds like you pushed yourself quite hard at the kettlebell class :) Hopefully you'll see some come off next week!

Good luck with going back to work - can't imagine how nervous you must be after such a long time off.

Yesterday was a yummy day - might try proponting it and see if it works out any less and used a good chunk of weeklies.

Yeh I am pretty nervous about going back to work I never really liked the place to begin with and going back is quite daunting as long term injury ended up having other effects like anxiety and depression so it's difficult mentally as well as physically going back! Will be strange getting back into a routine again.

Hmm tonight might end up off plan :-/ going to friends house and there will be booze and no doubt lots of snacks and food. Might be staying over too. Think I'll just enjoy it and get right back on track when I get home.

Yeh I used to always take my own lunches into work anyway this will just be a bit more difficult as I'll mostly be doing shorter shifts at weird times of day with either no break or just a tea break rather than my usual all day shifts where I get time to eat a real meal. Not even been told my shifts yet just what hours I will be doing :-/ x

Woohoo yeh propoints works out at using 5 weeklies instead of 13 so I'll go for that :) x

That's a good reduction! Last week I ate SF but PPed everything which meant I only used 20 weeklies for a 6 day week.

Its not good that you don't have your shifts yet, can you phone up and get them?

Hope you have a nice evening tonight.

Been trying to get phased return and my shifts sorted for days now lol everytime I phone it's oh we will sort that today and phone you back this afternoon then hear nothing! As long as I find out before I start back on Wednesday it's all good just annoying how incompetent they are! Same with benefits folk they have been "processing" my thing forever argh!

In happier news really looking forward to catching up with my girls later oh and it seems I will get paid for my contracted hours while doing the phased return so more money is great news!! X

Yay on more money! That's good the pping yesterday meant less weeklies used, have a great time with the girlies tonight :0)

Hiya!

A girl on the radio was talking about roller derby today, made me think of you!!!

You'll be fine.....try not to worry and enjoy your weekend! And boooo to the shifts!

Well Saturday ended up totally off plan - had a free brunch before I went but then it was pimms, cocktails, crisps, sweets and some pizza and chips! Not much food but quite a lot of booze and it was with non diet juice or fruit juice too.

Yesterday was pretty hungover but didn't eat much so reckon a propoints day will cover it - chocolate weetabix with skimmed milk, medley cereal bar, one slice of garlic bread, 2 onion rings and a couple chips so yeh will just call that my 26 dailies don't think it's any higher than that??

Hope you all had a nice weekend and I'm back on track properly today and hoping to minimise the gain by weigh in :) x
