I lost 3 stone last time I tried this but put 2 back on. So starting again, starting weight last week was 17st 3lbs. After 8 days I’m down to 16st 7lbs keeping track on my I-touch. I always drop a fair bit in the first few weeks. I've not started to exercise yet that will start in a few days once my shift has finished. My main issue is working nights I pick and we have a vending machine plus a 24/7 Asda just outside my building Anyway target weight is 13st 7lbs, target date on my I-touch is 4th July so 3st to go....
