new to slimming world

just got back from my first weigh in and ive lost 6lbs,,!! yeaaaa
thanks to everyone that has helped me this week with ur advice.!
im finally getting the hang of it now.. and it seems that having more red days then greens are worthing fine for me..! im goin to have a vodka and coke now im so happy.. back on the plan first thing tomorrow.! lushx :):):):)
 
thanks lizie..! just want another pound next week now for my first half stone.! finally everything is getting easier on this plan.. how are u getting on.? xxxx
 
got very drunk last night.. excitment of losing 6lbs i guess lol

red day

BREAKFAST

coffee
banana

LUNCH

3 bacon
2 bread extra healthy
spread 1 syn
fat free yougurt
options hot chocolate 2 syns

DINNER

large portion of carrot and swede mash
lots of free vegtables
maybe 2 fish fingers.? yet to syn these how many syns for these??
or quorn sausages

fatfree yougurt
some fruit
and another options drink before bed :)

hi girls.. been a while since ive posted.. but im back with the results from last week.. i gained 1/2 which i knew i guess.. been finding the plan hard at times and im finding that i lose weight quicker with red days so might try that next week.. ive lost 5 1/2 in 3ks.. and im not happy.. :( i find the green days boring there is only so much u can do with pasta..! haha so any ideas guys please post them.. thanks lushx
