8lb wow! I only lost 0.5 in my first week

Well done on your loss it is a fantastic first one! I lost 5lbs on my first week, was surprised with that!
Have you considered thinking about having extra easy? although you do only have 1 healthy extra A and B you have so much more choice.. no weighing of anything other than your healthy extras!

As you may or may not know, the only 'rule' as such is that everything you eat needs to have atleast 1/3 superfree foods.. so fruit/veg/pulses etc.. something to consider..it also may help you to feel less restrictive; mix as much pasta and meat as you like... and NO limit on your amount of baked beans!! lol x x
