New to SW.....Am I doing this right!?

Hi Ladies and Gents. I have just started SW and loving it, but I am not 100% sure I am doing it right :(

This is an example of my daily intake at the moment and would love a Yay or Nay!

Breakfast : Tub of home prepared sliced stawbs, blueberries, raspberries and grapes topped with a big spoon of Total 0% a teaspoon of runny honey and a teaspoon of flax (honey and flax syned)

Mid Morning: Alpen Light Bar (hex b 1) and a black tea.

Lunch: Home made veg soup (with carrots, peas, leaks, corn, celery....aduki beans, lentils and pearl barley) and a banana

Mid Afternoon: Alpen Light (hex b 2) and a black tea

Dinner: A Slimming world free recipe such as quorn chilli with my 40g light cheese (hex a), or chicken breast stuffed with a laughing cow light and wrapped in bacon, with rice/SW chips and as salad. Usually with some extra light mayo (syned)

Pud: Muller light

Bed time: An options hot choc (syned)

Plus I try drink about 4 pints of water on top of my tea intake.

Can anyone tell me if I am doing it right?! I am a bit clueless lol
