Hey all joined SW last week lost 6lb in the first week, on week two and struggling feel really heavy..if anyone has any tips they would be much appreciated :)
 
For some week two is the hardest. Just keep pushing on and thinking forward to the next weigh in. If you follow the plan it will work. Just have faith
 
Hi well done on a fab loss - I'm on my third week and have lost 6lb so far x
