Hi there. I started slimming world ee today at home just making sure doing it right today i had

Banana and satuma for breakfast
Chicken mug shot and packet of velvet crisps for lunch
J pot with cheese and onion filling with rice and 2 ww sausages and mushrooms for tea

Semi skimmed milk for my a choice
Had another banana and satsuma cause had shakes lol
But didnt know what to have for my b choice

I worked out syns yo be bout 12 am i right:)
 
Looks good font forget your 1/3 super free though you. And only eat if your hungry
