New to the Forum - Struggling through my 10th Week

I started SW almost 10 weeks ago, i have lost 1st 1lb , with 0.5lb gain last week i feel i have gained this week too :sigh:, i just cant seem to get my head round it again. My main meals are SW perfection with no syns in sight however even with a house full of healthy syn free snacks im opting to eat the syn full food i buy for my hubby and eldest (step) daughter :sigh: , i joined SW extremely positive, i have always been on the large side , but ive always been very confident and worked with what i have and been happy. After i had my long awaited Daughter (18mths old) i found after 10/15 mins of nursing her id be cripppled with backpain, and this is the reason i joined SW. It breaks my heart that i cant nurse/carry her for very long as i love the tender moments when shes falling asleep in my arms...i really need to get back with it..I found this Forum today hoping it can give me the inspiration and motivation i need !!!

You're obviously feel down because you had a gain last week after losing continuously since you started SW.

But look on the brightside, look how well you have done.

Ok so you're meals are SW perfect & no syns. Are you having any syns? You really do need to have your syns.

What makes you think you've gained.

Don't lose faith, SW does work, just take a look at peoples stats to see how much they lost. Look at the before & after pictures. SW does work, just keep going.
Keep at it, everyone has bad weeks, you've already dropped a stone, few more weeks will be another added to it.

Maybe you need to have some naughty syns (as I call them) such as curly wurlys (6syns), they are my indulgent need something sweet and chocolatey food at the moment and keep me on plan?
