ProPoints New to this, hope i can do it!!

Hi all my names Hayley I'm 27 and a mum to a little boy of 14 months.

I have tries slimming world lost 18 pounds in 8 weeks but fell off the wagon and put on 3lb in 2 weeks so I have started weight watchers tonight, I've read all the books and trying to get my head round it all.

I'm on 40 points and 49 weekly points seems loads!! I will read threw some diaries get some inspiration and will start a diary tomorro
Please please read it and tell me if I go wrong at all

Hi Hayley, Just been looking thro' your history and it does seem to me that you keep making these "final" satements that you are beginning again. So it seems that you are trying to convince everyone else but you haven't really got to grips with things yourself.
Do hope that things will go well for you but do start a diary, put down all the things that are affecting you day to day, whether good or bad , and then we can know where to contact you and give you the support and encouragement that it seems you desperately need.
Sorry if that sounds like a bit of a sermon but I couldn't help feeling that you are going round in circles not getting very far, even tho' you have managed to lose some weight, and well done for that.

Thankyou for that, I did think it was abit harsh but I have re read it and I do understand. I have a serious issue with food but I want to lose the weight for good!!
I have tried posting diarys but got fed up as no one posted or replied.
I'm gonna keep at it from now and put my feelings down everyday and what I eat and see how I get on.

I've had a really good first day!! :)
So pleased and really enjoying it.
I did a zumba class tonight was fantastic so much fun!! Def gonna keep that up :)

So food diary -

Breakfast -
2 alpen light bars - 4 points
Apple - 0 points

Snack - caramel cake bar - 3 points

Lunch -
bread roll with 2 tsp butter - 8 points
Activia fat free yoghurt - 2 points

(was meant to have a chicken salad but the salad was off) so just had the roll will make sure I have more points tomorro.

Dinner -
2 egg omellete with cheese - 9 points
Ketchup 1 tbsp - 1/2 point

Snack -
Activia light yoghurt - 2 points
Apple - 0 points

And have done an hours zumba workout.

Wow I'm really pleased. I went to a weigh in this morning as gonna change my day from Tuesday to Friday and I've lost 3 1/2 pounds in 2 days!! Feel like I'm eating loads too I really love this diet!! Wasn't expecting that :)

I LOVE zumba! Only done it twice so far....like you if i didn't have a family i would be there all the time lol

Hi thanks your posting :) hope your both doing well.

The Kiev was a morrisons cheese and ham Kiev was 7pp really good I thought.

And yea zumba is so fun! I've done it twice too it's so fun :) I'm thinking of going again Monday night if not then Wednesday for sure xx

Weigh in night and I lost 6lbs!!! :D so pleased!
Did zumba again last night. Finding it so fun and addictive :)

Dinner - bacon sandwich

Wasn't pointing will be back to plan afresh tomorro :)

Congratulations on huge loss bet your made up :D!! its my weigh in fri and all these big losses are making me nervous :eek: hehe!

Ive looked through your menus and it looks like we eat silmilar things! I never thought i'd beable to eat potato waffles and kievs on a diet plan :D

Well done once again and keep up the good work ur doing fab!!! x
