So I'm sat here starving:cry: wondering what to have for tea do you guys have any suggestions of something quick and easy
How many pro points does a medium potato have in it ? :confused: thanks guys :eek: x
 
Potato goes by weight so 100g raw is 2pp ...
Maybe keep some ww meals in the freezer ? There quick and easy and you can add salad/veg to bulk them out ..

For lunch I had a chicken burger .. The burger was 3pp, warburton thin was 3pp, salad 0pp, salad cream 1pp ... 7pp and filling
 
my advice is to go on the food diaries and see what people are eating. I mainly eat a mix of pittas with different fillings - my current fave is my breakfast pitta which is seriously filling and only 6pp. I also have the meals bulked with veg or salad.
 
And also the tesco light choices meals are also low in calories and most are yummy! I think they also have propoints value on the packet!

But I agree with above, pick what you want and bulk t out with salad and free veg!
