New to this site, doing slimming world!!

S: 14st4lb C: 13st5.5lb G: 11st0lb BMI: 32.2 Loss: 0st12.5lb(6.25%)
Been doing SW since november and lost 11 an half pounds had a 4lb gain over christmas but been back on track this week. I feel my stomach has gone really big because iv eat loads but been within my syn count. Nervous to see if iv had a loss 2moro. What's your secrets to a good weight loss???

Could be water retention? Make sure you drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Good Luck

That's always been my problem not drinking any water but iv been drinking 2lts per day. I'm confused xx

I've just started SW too. Not had a good first 2 weeks - no loss at all but then, not followed the plan either! I think you really need to get into it and for it to become routine and that's maybe when the differences start to really happen. I know that's what I need to do. When dieting and exercising was a routine for me last year I lost 5 stone slow and steady. As soon as I stopped 2 stone literally flew back on! Good luck hun.
