New to this thread,need opinions

Hi All,
Im new to this thread, i was a weight watcher but im not liking the new pro points and the meetings are expensive etc so i decided to go it alone. Just a sample of my food diary for today, opinions welcome;
Breakfast- porridge made with water sweetened with candrel sweetner
Snack- Banana
Lunch-Home made veg soup, apple and yogurt
Dinner - scrambled eggs with wholemeal bread.
Nighttime snack - cereal bar with cup of tea.
