Hey all, just joined for some support and advice as I take on yet another diet, but I really think I need to do it for real this time. Started Zumba three times a week a few weeks back and been seeing a few lb loss already, now I need to start cutting back on crap food and see how quickly I can lose the rest. 1 and a half stone gone since birth of my first baby, only another 2 stone to go. Just introducing myself in Tasha, and I'm 12 stone, and aged 23 from south Wales. Looking forward to getting to know you all xxxxxx
