I started Exante on 1st jan, (I'm nothing if not predictable!) as since having 2 kids I have somehow managed to balloon to 19 stone and a size 20. I need to seriously lose some weight so I can keep up with the kids and shop for normal clothes again and thought that a VLCD would help me lose weight quickly and stop me thinking about food for a while. So I started Exante and have lost 6lbs in the last 3 days, a fabulous start and a goof boost as I'm finding it tough cooking for the hubby and the kids and not digging in myself. I think I'm starting to spot how I got to be this size in the first place.......
