Hi,
I'm brand new here and starting today, although my first meeting isn't until tonight!
Having previously been a SW girl (and lost 5 stones), I'm now a stone heavier and need to take action now!
So, I've always thought that WW would be a good option for maintenance, so I'm going to give it a go!
After a bit of research, I've had a go at a food diary! I've probably made mistakes, but here goes!

Breakfast:
Sachet of oats so simple (3)
Activia fat free yog (2)
Frozen summer fruits

Lunch:
2 boiled eggs (4)
Roasted veg (0)

Tea:
2 egg omelette (4)
Bacon medallions (estimate 2 - will confirm!)
Low fat cheese (approx 30g - 3??)

Total is around 18 points (ish)

Exercise:
45 minutes brisk walk into work
20 minute bike ride this evening

Looking forward to this new challenge and to reaching my goal weight again!

Hey Rosie :) Im here to subscribe :)

Make sure u eat your whole daily pp allowance, 26 is the minimum you could be on, I'm not sure on your stats so I'm not sure how many you would be on but as a minimum you will need to eat 8 more pp today.

How are u finding it? X
