New to WW

I started WW yesterday, never done it before. I have always gone for very low cal diets like Cambridge etc, but Im fed up with putting the weight back on, so Ive decided enough is enough and to diet sensibly this time.
I have brought that cook book for pro points and have a delicious meat loaf cooking in the oven, I honestly cant beleive how much you can actually eat on this diet!! Cant wait to get going with it all, I have my weigh in on a Monday morning, so fingers crossed I lose at least 2lb!!

Hi, I'm also a WW virgin but seeing my weigh tip the scales at 11 stone was enough to convert me! I am finding not the diet itself hard but find the points etc v confusing so hope someone can help!

Good luck, I did WW for a bit and am about to go back onto it, it really is amazing how much you can eat on this, even cakes.
