Trying to control the carb cravings as it makes me binge, so will try to go low carb few days to get them under control.
I feel really really full today. I still have few daily pp left if I feel hungry later on. :)


 
good evening,3day I had not good days and over eat especially uesterday,but I will follow the diet tomorrow,healthy eating documentaries helps you to go even if you did not folow it today (thats happend to me today) see you on monday.
 
I lost 2 lb this monday!

L-1p stir fry(loads) 3p noodles,2p canned tuna in brine=6
D same as lunch 6p and eat natural bar 6p and have got more 6p to spend today and fruits in between didnt feel hungry at all, in total 29 from daily 34

after yesterday post I couldn't stop on 29 and made it 34 ,and today I had feast because I was really tired and stressed out ,I tink I spend all my weekly allowence and todays(I went to course,on top of my dayily responsebilyties):eating:,but I notice after this type of feasting I feel sick,hopefully I will not make same mistake next week.

I've done my low carb detox week now I'm back to pp. It was good but I couldn't continue because of my low blood pressure issues. I love low carbing but it just doesn't work for me. I can't afford to have low bp with two little kids to run after but I have to say low carb was just what I needed to control the hunger and binging. I'm gonna give pp another go now and see if I have more results.
