30 minutes and 241 calories today. I did the Island Lap Jogging again.

Seeing how much you manage to do in a day makes me feel I should make more effort Lucky Cat! I know I couldn't keep that up though. Are you planning on sticking to that level of exercise forever or just until you've reached target?

At the moment I exercise usually 6 days out of 7. I do really enjoy it though, I don't view it as a chore. I will continue at this level until the weight is shifted. I do intend keeping going with the exercise though, perhaps maybe 3 or 4 times a week, as I have realised that I have to look at the healthy eating and exercise as a lifetime thing rather than a short term fix. This has to be a way of life for me now so that I don't put all the weight back on.

how do you watch telly and use the Wii at the same time?!

EDIT no exercise for me tonight- need a day off! going to increase to 45 mins a day though i think just for a week, then maybe drop back down to half hour a day and see how i go. (or more importantly, how fast the weight goes!) also need to do more cardio, less yoga!

I do the free step or free jogging. It actually suggests you switch to tv! I did step last night..but I move from side to side rather than forward and backwards. It works my legs more. Has anyone got legs for their board? I think that would be harder!
