On day 5 and I'm not having a good day! Just want to give-up feel so rough! Headaches are bad and shoulder pain is too! Full of a cold and all can think about I'd what I'm not eating! Just had a huge cry in the car on the way home, didn't think at day 5 it would still be hard!

Hey furrysmudge, don't give up, you can do this, we all can. I'm on day 11 and feeling pretty cranky today. Other half has steak and chips for tea, the cat has a salmon pouch (which incidentally smells quite nice...) and I've got a choc shake.... It will all be worth it. I've lost 10lb in ten days on SS and remaining strong (for now!!!) Come on, keep it up, there's no going back to Slimming World after you've had quick results like this, you'll regret it!!

Furrysmudge - dont give up!! Your body is just carb starved and trying to break you!! If in doubt go to sleep - nibble on a bit of chicken - go for a walk, watch a film etc etc just dont give in
YOU CAN DO IT!!
