New Year at SW

Hi All,

My name is Emma and a complete yoyo dieter :( Last year I lost over 2st on New You but put a bit back on.

Started SW last year October and lost a stone. Have put on a couple lb (or 7 - not weighed yet!!) over Christmas so I have come on here to write a daily diary and stay accountable.

Good luck to all restarting and well done to those that have stayed on plan over Christmas x

Turkey with big salad, small jacket pot and 2 tsp salad cream cheese slice

muller light banana milk in tea

Day 2 3/1/20 = 6 syns

Muller light blueberries

fruit pot from pret (mango kiwi pineapple blueberries apple)


Jacket pot tuna tomato cucumber 2 tsp salad cream cheese slice

Quorn chilli - onion garlic mushroom quorn mixed beans tomatoes stock chilli sauce

Salmon and broccoli salad with edamame and chilli (in a restaurant so not 100% on syns - had some oil so guess 5)
