My personal challenge was to hit 12 stone by the 23rd, and then i have until March 13th to get another stone off.
That above should read 12 stone for Christmas target.

Wooooo hooooo!!!! I lost half a pound which gets me my 3 stone award!! So happy as I had 3 Christmas do's but planned well it seems hard work pays off!! xx

I very nearly made my target of a stone in 3 months. I won't be at wi this week as I'm going to see Black Sabbath I'm very happy, thank you for keeping me going with this challenge xx

Hi... I missed updating last week as it's been so hectic here!
Last week (13/12) I had my first gain of 0.5lbs. Totally expected after the amount of alcohol I consumed on a girls night out!
This week however I'm happy to say it's a 3lb loss!

Keep forgetting to update this. Just worked out i've lost 16.5lbs since 1st October. Happy with that considering I've had 2 holidays in that time too

yes im doing ok considering whats happened. Lifes not fair but got to pick myself up and carry on for my son x
