sooooooo i turn 23 on saturday and have decided to adopt a new healthier lifestyle to celebrate a new healthy me. ive been doing pretty well although the past week could have been better. im starting kickboxing next week and as of tomorrow am cutting down on the refined sugar again. im coming off the alcohol for a month also but thats cos i just dont wanna be run down and am trying to save for a trip to dublin next month!
so anyway yeah the aim for this year is to
- cut down if possible cut out refined sugar
- cut out gluten
- keep carbs to a minimum not cut out but avoid
- eat plenty of vegtables and fruit
- keep meat to a minimum, lean towards fish
- keep dairy to natural yoghurt and milk in tea/ coffee
- get two litres water in a day
get one hour of good exercise a day in.
so as of saturday i will be keeping a rigid diary. my aim is for the 5th of february to be 12 stone.
i know there will be days when i do slip but the main goal is to not pig out e.g. when i have some ice cream or choc don't go well now thats the day ruined, i better start afresh tomorrow and therefore eat what i want until then. all in all i just want to achieve a much healthier lifestyle with no yo yoing.
