Hi All
I have started back on Slimming World after 3 attempts in the past at it. I did really well the first time and then put it all back on and then some.

So last Friday i thought that is it i need to get healthy and do something so i started to read up on Slimming World again and checked out this forum and saw the fab support you all give each other and thought this time i can do it...

I struggled to get to grips with EE and to be fair still find it odd that i can eat all of this food and still loose weight. My weigh in at home is Saturday so we will see

I have a tendancy to do a diet well for the first 2 weeks and then thats it i go back to eating rubbish and i mean big bags of sweets, crisps chocolates you name it...i want to break the habit and get in control of my eating.

Heres to a healthy start

Hehe I'm in the same boat as you!! Have been on Slimming World before and lost 3 stone but now I've put it all back on and then some!! Chocolate is ALWAYS my downful so this time limiting myself instead of trying to cut it out completely. Also making sure I keep up with my online food diaries as I had a tendency to "forget" certain things and exceed my syn allowance. So far so good - weigh in tomorrow morning!!

ew i started n29th dec and been doing ok but today i feel rubbish i felt a bit **** like i felt quite weak even though i've eaten enough and i had 2 chocolate bars. eeeeeeek

Thanks Guys for your support, i so want to do it this time for good, fed up of being the on who cant go to normal shops and buy trendy clothes and the one who is embarressed....new start
