    I've been following the dukan diet for 6 weeks now down 32lbs!!! Loving it other Dukaners out there?

    Well thank you everyone! This really is the diet for me and I had 105lbs at the beginning to lose an the book says if you have over 40 to lose then attack for ten days which is what I did and lost 16 in the time frame

    WOW! You're doing fab! I am interested to know about Dukan but can't find a lot in the relevant section due to finding it a bit untidy for me to navigate - I'm too scatter brained! Good luck and keep at it!
